Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Gluten-free pasta or rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and mushrooms, cooking until softened.
- Sprinkle gluten-free flour over the vegetables and stir well.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Lower the heat and stir in sour cream, then add the cooked beef back into the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve over gluten-free pasta or rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate beef in garlic and herbs before cooking. For a richer sauce, add a splash of white wine after cooking the onions and mushrooms.
