- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios (for topping)
- 1/4 cup additional honey (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Mix ground walnuts, ground almonds, gluten-free flour, melted butter, honey, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball gently and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with additional honey while still warm.
- Allow to cool before serving.
