- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 gluten-free taco shells
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Lettuce for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning in a bowl.
- Fill each gluten-free taco shell with the chicken mixture, top with cheese, and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the shells are crispy and cheese is melted.
- Serve with diced tomatoes, onions, sour cream, cilantro, and lettuce.
Notes
