Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 gluten-free taco shells
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Lettuce for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Fill each gluten-free taco shell with the chicken mixture, top with cheese, and place in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the shells are crispy and cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with diced tomatoes, onions, sour cream, cilantro, and lettuce.
