- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix gluten-free flour and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in chilled butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add ice water gradually, mixing until dough forms.
- Divide dough in half, roll out one half, and place in pie dish.
- Toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Pour apple mixture into the crust.
- Roll out remaining dough and cover the pie, sealing edges.
- Cut slits on top for ventilation.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
