Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  4. Stir in buttermilk until dough forms.
  5. Roll dough and cut into biscuits.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Brown sausage in a skillet.
  8. Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir.
  9. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
