Ingredients

- 4 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease two ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk sugar, eggs, and vanilla into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
- Divide the batter between the prepared ramekins and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve warm.

- Use high-quality dark chocolate for best results.
- Do not overbake—the center should remain slightly gooey.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh berries.
