Description

A delicious gluten-free steak grilled to perfection and served with fresh chimichurri sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs gluten-free steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. Rub steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust time for desired doneness.
  4. While steak cooks, mix parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, and remaining olive oil to make chimichurri.
  5. Remove steak from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice steak and serve with chimichurri sauce.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
  • Chimichurri can be made ahead and refrigerated.
