Description
A delicious gluten-free steak grilled to perfection and served with fresh chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs gluten-free steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Rub steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust time for desired doneness.
- While steak cooks, mix parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, and remaining olive oil to make chimichurri.
- Remove steak from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice steak and serve with chimichurri sauce.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
- Chimichurri can be made ahead and refrigerated.
