- 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
Serve plain or dress it up with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or ice cream. Top with gluten-free frosting for special occasions.
