- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp nuts or seeds (almonds, chia seeds, etc.)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle berries and nuts/seeds on top.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.
