Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken skin-side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
