Description

A delightful dish of tender chicken in a luscious cream sauce, packed with vibrant flavors from garlic, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, then add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, stirring to combine.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to warm the chicken through.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For best results, marinate chicken in Italian herbs beforehand. Use fresh spinach for better taste.
