Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta cheese into the skillet. Mix until everything is combined and heated through.

Notes
