Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
