Description

Crispy gluten-free buffalo cauliflower bites with a spicy kick. A perfect appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to form a batter.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, and honey.
  6. Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
