Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the quinoa, cheddar cheese, salt, garlic powder, and pepper together in a bowl.
  3. Stir in the water until the mixture comes together.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
