- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the quinoa, cheddar cheese, salt, garlic powder, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Stir in the water until the mixture comes together.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days. Revive the crisps in the oven if they lose crunch.
