Easy gluten-free egg bites with an everything bagel twist, cooked in the air fryer for a quick and healthy breakfast.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheese, everything bagel seasoning, salt, pepper, and chives.
- Lightly grease the egg bite molds or silicone cups with cooking spray.
- Pour the egg mixture into the molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Place molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- Let cool slightly before removing from molds. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use gluten-free everything bagel seasoning to keep it gluten-free.
- Substitute dairy-free cheese and milk if needed.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
