Description

Easy gluten-free egg bites with an everything bagel twist, cooked in the air fryer for a quick and healthy breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese, everything bagel seasoning, salt, pepper, and chives.
  4. Lightly grease the egg bite molds or silicone cups with cooking spray.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
  6. Place molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  7. Let cool slightly before removing from molds. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free everything bagel seasoning to keep it gluten-free.
  • Substitute dairy-free cheese and milk if needed.
