Description

A quick and easy no-bake treat made with almond flour, coconut oil, and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, divided

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup together until combined.
  2. Add in 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips and stir to mix evenly.
  3. Line a small baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper. Spread the cookie dough mixture on top of the parchment. Flatten it with your hands to make a large slab of cookie dough bark.
  4. Melt the remaining 3/4 cup of chocolate chips. Pour the melted chocolate over the top of the cookie dough bark. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Put the bark in the freezer for at least one hour until it is set.
  6. When you are ready to enjoy, remove it from the freezer and cut or break into pieces. Enjoy right away, and store any leftovers in the freezer for later!

Notes

For a special touch, sprinkle some sea salt on top before serving. Customize with nuts or dried fruits if desired.
