Ingredients

Instructions
- Combine the gluten-free flour and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Gradually add the water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Roll each ball out into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each wrap for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until slightly golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze with parchment paper in between.
