Description

Decadent witch hat-shaped brownies topped with rich chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a witch hat-shaped baking pan.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Melt butter and mix with sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Heat cream until steaming. Pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
  7. Spread ganache over cooled brownies.
