Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a witch hat-shaped baking pan.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Melt butter and mix with sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Heat cream until steaming. Pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
- Spread ganache over cooled brownies.
Notes
- Let brownies cool completely before adding ganache.
- Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For cleaner cuts, chill brownies before slicing.
