Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in white wine and chicken broth, scraping the bottom to release browned bits.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Stir in butter for richness.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use a dry white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
- Adjust cooking time if using thicker chicken breasts.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
