Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed bread
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté celery and onion until soft.
- Add bread cubes, cranberries, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.

- Use gluten-free bread if needed.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
