Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté celery and onion until soft.
  3. Add bread cubes, cranberries, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
