Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Instructions
