Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix pumpkin, chai tea, melted butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended.
- Divide batter evenly into cupcake liners, filling each 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until creamy.
- Frost cupcakes and serve.
