Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil green beans and potatoes in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Combine the green beans, potatoes, and soup mixture in a casserole dish.
