Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked turkey sausage, cheese, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully set.
- Let cool before serving.
