- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into meatballs, about 1-inch in size.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk beef broth and cream of mushroom soup. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Stir into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 15 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve warm over mashed potatoes or rice.
