Description

Delicious and nutritious sweet potato muffins perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  3. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
