Description

Fun and spooky white chocolate-dipped strawberries decorated with ghost faces. A perfect Halloween treat.


Ingredients

  • 12 fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Black icing or melted dark chocolate for decorating

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, leaving the top uncovered for the ghost face.
  4. Place on parchment paper to set.
  5. Use black icing or melted dark chocolate to draw ghost faces on the dipped strawberries.
  6. Let chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to harden.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature strawberries for better chocolate adhesion.
