Fun and spooky strawberry ghosts for Halloween. These easy-to-make treats use fresh strawberries and white chocolate for a festive dessert.
Ingredients

- 12 large strawberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly.
- Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering about ¾ of it.
- Place on parchment paper and add mini chocolate chips for eyes while the chocolate is still wet.
- Let cool and harden for 15 minutes.
Notes
- Use room-temperature strawberries for better chocolate adhesion.
- Dab excess chocolate from the strawberry before placing on parchment.
- Store in the fridge to prevent melting.
