- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle.
- Spread cream cheese mixture, then sprinkle strawberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll tightly, slice into pieces, and place in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Drizzle with glaze before serving.

- Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before glazing.
