- 250g ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8–10 black olives (for eyes)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and press olive halves into each for eyes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook meatballs until browned and fully cooked.
- Warm the tomato sauce and toss with the cooked spaghetti.
- Serve spaghetti topped with the cheesy monster meatballs.
