A quick and easy spinach and feta egg bake that’s perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add spinach and feta, mix well.
- Pour into the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for best results.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
