Description

A delicious and healthy dish featuring chicken breasts stuffed with spinach and feta cheese, then baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  4. Stuff each breast with the spinach and feta mixture.
  5. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.

Notes

  • Use toothpicks to keep the stuffing inside while baking.
  • Check chicken temperature—it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or rice.
