- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into strips
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix cooked rice with soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.
- Heat a pan and cook diced spam until lightly browned.
- Combine the cooked spam with the rice mixture.
- Wet your hands and shape the mixture into small balls.
- Wrap each rice ball with a strip of nori.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
