Soft pumpkin beer pretzels with a spicy chipotle cheese dip. Perfect for fall gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 bottle pumpkin beer
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Mix pumpkin puree, beer, flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
  2. Knead dough until smooth, then divide into 8 pieces.
  3. Roll each piece into a rope and twist into pretzel shape.
  4. Boil water with baking soda, dip each pretzel for 30 seconds.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For dip: Melt butter, add cheeses and chipotle peppers. Stir until smooth.
