Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sauté onions until soft, about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
  6. Add smoked salmon and dill, stirring gently.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until set.
  9. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
