Tender, juicy pulled pork made easy in a slow cooker. Perfect for sandwiches, tacos, or salads.
Ingredients

- 3–4 lbs pork shoulder (or pork butt)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Rub pork with salt, pepper, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place pork in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth around it.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Shred pork with forks, mix in barbecue sauce, and serve.
