Description

Tender, juicy pulled pork made easy in a slow cooker. Perfect for sandwiches, tacos, or salads.


Ingredients

  • 34 lbs pork shoulder (or pork butt)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Rub pork with salt, pepper, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Place pork in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth around it.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  4. Shred pork with forks, mix in barbecue sauce, and serve.
