Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add salmon skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Flip salmon and cook for 3 more minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low, add minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  6. Spoon sauce over salmon and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
