Quick and flavorful skillet honey garlic salmon cooked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes.
- Flip salmon and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- Spoon sauce over salmon and cook for 1 minute.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust honey quantity based on sweetness preference.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
