- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 1 minute.
- Add red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Toss in spiralized zucchini and cook for 2 minutes until tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
