Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and shaved
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread grated parmesan in small mounds on a baking sheet.

  4. Cool parmesan crisps.
  5. Toss shaved Brussels sprouts with Caesar dressing.
