A fresh twist on Caesar salad featuring shaved Brussels sprouts topped with crispy parmesan.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and shaved
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup croutons
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spread grated parmesan in small mounds on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool parmesan crisps.
- Toss shaved Brussels sprouts with Caesar dressing.
- Top with croutons and parmesan crisps.
- Serve immediately.
