- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Steam green beans for 5 minutes until tender but crisp.
- Whisk miso, honey, vinegar, and garlic in a bowl.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add green beans and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Pour miso mixture over beans and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and black pepper.
- Serve warm.
