Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes without stirring to blister.
- Stir in ginger and garlic, cook for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Toss to coat and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
