- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini, flour, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, eggs, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
