- 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- In a skillet, brown sausage slices over medium heat.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Add roasted sweet potatoes and sauce to the skillet with sausage.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
