- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add sausage slices and roast for another 15 minutes.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Drizzle sauce over sausage and sweet potatoes. Roast for 5 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
