Description

A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring savory sausage and sweet potatoes glazed with honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sausage, sliced
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Add sausage slices and roast for another 15 minutes.
  5. Mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  6. Drizzle sauce over sausage and sweet potatoes. Roast for 5 more minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
