Description

Delicious salted caramel apple cheesecake bars with a buttery crust, creamy filling, and caramel topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Pour filling over the crust. Spread evenly.
  6. Toss diced apples with cinnamon and scatter over the filling.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let it cool, then drizzle caramel sauce on top. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  9. Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
