- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the pan to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Pour filling over the crust. Spread evenly.
- Toss diced apples with cinnamon and scatter over the filling.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool, then drizzle caramel sauce on top. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
