Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 7g active dry yeast
  • 300ml warm water
  • 10g salt
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour, then knead for 10 minutes.
  4. Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Press the dough into a greased baking tray.
  6. Dimple the dough with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle rosemary and sea salt.
  7. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
