Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 10 seconds.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Toss in broccoli and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
