Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix oats, pecans, and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk pumpkin puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and salt in another bowl.
