Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Separate cinnamon rolls and cut into quarters
  3. Mix pumpkin puree with spices and brown sugar
  4. Toss cinnamon roll pieces in melted butter
  5. Layer half the rolls in baking dish
  6. Spread pumpkin mixture over rolls
  7. Top with remaining rolls
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  9. Drizzle with icing from cinnamon roll packages
