Description
Prawn Saganaki is a Greek dish featuring prawns cooked in a tomato and feta cheese sauce. It’s flavorful and easy to prepare.

- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in canned tomatoes and oregano, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add prawns and cook until pink, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top and cover until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
